The Northwest Suburbs of Chicago IL gives birth to the power of AOS.
Army of Souls began with the founding members Brian on Lead Vocals / Guitar, and Vince Consolo on Drums / Vocals. Both being involved in the music business for years, decided to join forces to create something original and fresh.
Both spent the last year together writing and recording 13 original tracks and developing a sound and execution that makes AOS a fresh breath of air for awaiting metal and hard rock fans. In 2007 Vince and Brian knew it was time to find the right players to bring the AOS experience to life. It was not until July 07 when their search paid off and asked Glenn Christon to be a part of the AOS vision. After sifting through several guitarist/backing vocal players we have found our fourth member Pete from the legendary Norwood Park All Stars. Pete's a great player and with his punk influenced background is be a great compliment to the band!
With all the right pieces in place AOS is taking the rest of the winter to put together and perfect a killer live show with some surprises in store!
If you metal heads, and hard rock fans are looking for a fresh breath of air with some solid pro players that bring the best of old school with a new school flavor, then keep your ears and eyes open for Army Of Souls in 2008.
