Arno's guitar playing is always drenched with soul and passion, whether in a scorching blues, or setting fire to some classic rock, The Low Down lets him push the envelope even further. Influenced by everyone from Alvin Lee, Jeff Beck, T-Bone Walker, Duke Robillard, Ronnie Earl, to Eric Clapton and Robin Trower, Arno's live performances are spectacular.
Bassist Peter has been playing for many years with professional local bands and brings years of experience to round out The Low Down. Whether it's rock, swing, jazz, or blues, he is rock solid and masterfully versatile in every musical style.
Drummer Micky has played in the Western MA area for many years, and is experienced in jazz, rock, country, and blues. A very creative drummer, Micky brings The Low Down to life and drives us with conviction. | | Influences | We are all from the same school of rock. We look for great songs whether classic or modern, then we rev it up and add our style to it.
Our influences are very diverse and include blues, classic rock, modern rock. We also write songs and mix those in too.

It just goes on forever. | | Sounds Like | We play psychedelic blues rock, straight blues, classic rock, and originals. We are a modernized throwback to the classic rock generation, but we jam out and put our own twist on the music. That's because we come from a blues background first, which is all improvising.
