AROVA brings versatile dancers and contemporary choreographers together to create new choreography. Dance creators are encouraged to take artistic risks in order to expand upon the accepted ballet vocabulary. The Company attracts seasoned master teachers and choreographers who provide opportunities for mentorship and career training.
The AROVA Contemporary Ballet’s performances are relevant to and reflective of modern-day living. Collaborations with a variety of guest artists help the Company to stay current with industry trends.
Our educational programs teach community students the value of artistic achievement at the local level and beyond.
I saw Star Crossed on Saturday nite, and just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed it! What a great collection of pieces and performances! Definatly worth the drive in from Tuscaloosa.
