His name is Albert Gabrillini.
He is my hero,my heart,my soul,and my Grandpa.
He woke up March 31st,saterday morning,and couldn't breath.
He spent 5 days in the hospital,as did all of his family.
Five long days.
My Grandpa had a heart attack.
His body was slowly shutting down.
I walked in his hospital room,and touched his hand.
It was so warm.
I kissed his hand,and right before I let go i thought "this is the last time i'm going to touch this man."
And i let go...
That was the last time I got to hold my Papa's hand....
April 4th,8:26 p.m. my Grandpa died.
We all shed our tears, we go on with our lives,but we never stop thinking of him.
I miss you Grandpa.
