I am a painter.
Again.
The processes I now employ are much slower than those to which I'd grown accustomed. The work progresses well though. The paintings upon which I spend so much time now (though truth be told- nearly not enough) will not be suitable to display on this page. When the time comes, I will be launching a new website dedicated to this new work.

For quite some time, I was under the impression that I wasn't painting. As it turns out, I was wrong. For the past few years, I've been collecting material and planning my work. Which as many of you know, is far removed from my previous more visceral and immediate techniques. The models I've been photographing I don't think ever truly realized the scope of this project. I didn't realize myself until I found myself waist-deep in it.
But the time is slowly coming when I can begin unveiling these paintings. Slowly, but surely.

My Intellectual Type is Visionary Philosopher. This means I am highly intelligent and have a powerful mix of skills and insight that can be applied in a variety of different ways. Like Plato, my exceptional math and verbal skills make me very adept at explaining things to others — and at anticipating and predicting patterns. If that's not pretentious, I don't know what is.
