White and William Strunk, Jr., On Writing by Stephen King, Zen in the Art of Writing by Ray Bradbury, Danse Macabre by Stephen King. I also liked Lord of the Flies, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, The Little Prince, Where the Red Fern Grows, Of Mice and Men, Sophie's World, Harry Potter, I never read all of Lord of the Rings but what I got through was good... House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski, Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah by Richard Bach is the best book I have ever read. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Read it. Now.
