About me:

Taking a break from a R & D Marketing Dept. specialized in hand writing recognition notebooks, Arthur Clare creates Mondes Imaginaires, a mail order company selling comics related products. Mondes Imaginaires produced a resin statue by Caza, the first official Manara statue ever and the Hellboy resin which was awarded the Diamond Award as Best International product of the year 1997. Clare left Mondes Imaginaires to join Semic Publishing, one of the oldest French publishers of American comics, as an editor for TMP, Image, Top Cow and DC titles. He developed with the Semic team the French Touch projects including works by Todd De Zago drawn by Crisse - one of France’s best selling artists - published under the Tellos title. A 44 pages Spawn Simony Graphic novel followed, illustrated by Aleksi Briclot, and was sold out on its first US release in may 2004. Clare also worked with Nick Meylaender and Stephane Louis - one of Soleil Publishing's growing talents - on a Darkness one-shot comics. He also translated for Delcourt publishing Michael Turner and Jim Lee Wizard Millenium's French edition and wrote editorial contents for Spawn 's French Anniversary in May 2006. He wrote the sequel to an heroic fantasy PC video-game: Silverfall Earth Awakening...And just finished with Aleksi Spawn: Architects of Fear !! ..
