Who is Arthur Conley? (As if that were his real name...) To some he is known as
Arthur. To others he is known as Michael. To an angry few he goes by names too offensive to repeat here.
By day a mild mannered IT geek and happily married balding father of
seven. Come Thursday nights some may ask, "What is Arthur
Conley?" Take a trip into the ADD riddled mind of an over-caffeinated DJ and
host of the Mr. Bubble Wonder Hour. A man easily distracted
by his own thought process. There's nothing he will not talk about and isn't shy about his opinions. He's a jack-of-all-trades and master of none. His
genius is like a flash of lightening: grand, glorious and brilliant for just a split second and then it’s gone forever. One second a gentleman, the next a ranting
lunatic.
He's a huge advocate of Indy music and features independent bands and artists in the broadcast on every show. He's a semi avid
PC gamer (when it's turned on.) He likes puppies, long walks with good friends,
and yes, The Notebook make him cry. It's never a dull moment on the Mr. Bubble Wonder Hour

We are currently taking part in a benefit campaign put together by a local alternative radio station (KRZQ) here in our hometown of Reno, Nevada. The organization we’re sponsoring is called “Ronald McDonald House,” which is a “a non-profit organization that provides a home away from home for families who have seriously ill children obtaining treatment at local hospitals for an extended length of time.” Now, some of you may be turned off by the association of McDonald’s to the organization. If that’s the case, please understand that, as far as we know, the organization is backed by a local franchise owner and not the parent company. This is a good cause no matter what the affiliation is with the McDonald’s corporation. Anyway, what we are asking of you is that you help out and contribute. You can donate any amount you want, but of course the more you can afford the better. What do we get out of this you ask? Nothing really. The band that accrues the most donations in their name gets regular rotation on the station for a song of their choice, a live show sponsored by the station, and a day as guest DJs at the station. Since we aren’t very active these days we most likely won’t even come close to winning, so we don’t care about the prizes. Help us help others by clicking on the logo below. Thanks for reading this.
