Hello ~ thank you for being a friend of Moonwarriors. 800 dogs & cats are killed every hour in the US, often by inhumane methods such as gassing or heart sticking. This cruel disposal of homeless & stray animals is paid for by your taxes. Sponsors of petitions promoting no-kill alternatives have shown that it would be more cost effective & humane to fund spay-neuter programs, adoption schemes & sanctuaries.
"What is unconscionable, abominable and outrageous is that animals, healthy and well-behaved, are being killed because someone says there are too many. That is something we do not accept. That is something we find intolerable" - Richard Avanzino, President, San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (1997)
A quote from Redemption - The Myth of Pet Overpopulation and the No Kill Revolution by Nathan J. Winograd

There are 14, if you could sign at least some of them that would be great ~ Thank you for helping animals ~ have a good weekend ~♥~
Please visit my blog and sign the petitions to put an end to animal gas chambers:

thanks, let me know what helps you :) LOL  I think it's just life right now.  I am so focused on getting my eldest ready for college and storing up funds for that as well as the day to day stuff.  It's as if the artist in me no longer exsists.   Maybe the best artists are jobless, childless, and excentric.  OR just old and rich.  OR neglecting all that other stuff.   Ah I am starting to sound bitter...

I haven't painted since JULY!  I am resenting anything that has to do with art for me and myself personally.   I am suffering badly on account of it.  It has me very depressed.  I haven't signed up yet because it's just torture.  I am thrilled to see everyone else thriving and creating.  It keeps me going.  But I have nothing to give right now.  It's really all just dark and cold here in my creative mind.  My muse has gone into a coma I swear!
