Utter disgust and hatred for modern society and government, the flawed infrastructure in which it rests, a rejection of the politically correct hypocrites that turn a blind eye to Nazi style mob censorship and the wailing ignorance of minority groups that claim to be a majority and cry discrimination when they don't get what they want.

Modern society has produced a yearning for; self sufficiency and solitude, the collapse of all organised religions and a return to paganism. We came into this world alone, we will leave alone.

We are here to survive, sink or swim. People can have a prejudice purely because another draws breathe

Influenced by a very cold and harsh sound, this of course, my own interpretation of the genre but staying within the traditional parameters of stylisation and minimalism

The Debut album was released on Halloween '05 on limited release with Grindethic Records and subsequent signing to Copro on full worldwide 2006 release of 'Lament for the Eternal Frost'. Artisian's follow up 'The beast out of the earth' was released May'07. The band are now signed to Sworn Records/infernus Rex for 2 albums, Artisian's 3rd album was released in Oct '07
