I have a new girlfriend. We spend every weekend together. Oh, yes, she is demanding but so understanding. She understands me better than I ever understood myself before.
I adore her for making me a better man. Even when there are words between us, and I protest and squirm or feel like leaving, she gives me good reason to clear my thinking and get her true meaning.
She does not need expensive jewels. There is nothing false about her makeup. I know we will not break up. My friends are saying, “Pedro, this sounds like true love. What is your new love’s name?” I smile and say she is called The Basics.
Eurocinema is the only cable network (it’s new) that is dedicated to bringing the best European films to US television. We are totally independent and not aligned with any of the big media companies.
