Real Life: my friends and family...Awwwe!
About me: I am a independent choreographer/dancer/performer. My love lyes anywhere from Modern to Tango to Jazz to Ballet.
I produce a monthly cabaret series called Artists' Play...a cabaret! It is a beautiful, funny, crazy and fun filled night of performance and play...
I also am very happy to say that I co-own a studio Theatre that has taught me so much in life! Teaching, producing, managing, it is all good if we keep growing!
Really, I just live to be happy doing what i want with the people i love.
Who I'd like to meet: lots of creative, funny and down to earth witty people who love arts and peace.
Dancers, musicians, actors, accountants...hey, we are all people.

A stunning and refreshing piece of choreography by AnaLuisa Leao.
FROM SUITE 101....
This past Saturday to my surprise (since I was there to see The Thistle Project's Gorey Story at Artists' Play Studio Theatre-also fabulous) I had the pleasure to see a refreshing piece of choreography.
The Lovers, choreographed by AnaLuisa Leao, symbolizes (to me anyways) love's ability to see beyond the masks we wear and the different paths that lead us to self-discovery and subsequently, the discovery of others. Dancers Elizabeth Dawn Snell and Jason Vanstone brought vulnerability and intensity to these love-anguished characters. The dancers moved upstage and downstage, creating tension through contrasting momentum and finally, the revealing moment that closes the dance. Overall, an excellent use of stage elements and engaging choreography!
Artists’ Play Collective, founded by Elizabeth Dawn Snell, grew out of Artists’ Play…a cabaret! Created out of a need for performance opportunity, the series began at Cervejaria Downtown in 2003. The Collective is a versatile and evolving group of skilled dancers, musicians, actors and visual artists.
Artists’ Play…a Cabaret! holds evenings monthly. For more information, visit:
