Music. I play a Sunday Night Jazz gig with my friends Carlos, Boris and John. (Check out John's page.. John Gerlock and/or Big Cat Band.) I jam with the eclectic "Family Juls Band". Come see our website at www.crownjuls.com
I Jam for a Church on Sunday to give back a bit of my gift.
I'm pretty much all about music. I spend my free time messing around with my basses, trying new ideas, developing new techniques. There's just nothing quite like that feeling when the song comes completely together.
Music
I'm gonna plug my friend Vincenzo's material. It's out there, and very cool.
I also enjoy straight up jazz, I still like to headbang from time to time, and yeah, I'll 'fess up, I'm a child of the 80's... the big hair stuff is still fun to turn up WAYYYY loud.
Movies
Sweeney Todd
The Philadelphia Experiment
Spider Man (All of It)
Indiana Jones (All of It)

Television
T.V. Sux. Pretty much the Discovery channel is about the only thing worth watching, at least on the cable package I get. I ain't gonna spend any more money to have 300 more channels of nothing to watch. Just think of all that time wasted to come to the same old conclusion that...
...
there's not a damn thing on.

Please give me a rating, if you would be so kind.
..
The Forgotten, Part One by Joe Satriani, arranged for bass by me.
Red Fox, by Bill Dickens. "Funk Bass and Beyond" Warner Brothers Music. This arrangement is all about sitting in the groove from start to finish. I did add some variations on the ending choruses. Check this out on "YouTube" and give a rating if you want. Thanx.
Here is a video that Isidora, amazing dancer and wonderful friend (www.izzydancer.com) did for Pangea day. I did the sound-track for it. My first attempt at "film-score." Hope you enjoy.
Who I'd like to meet: Musicians who treat their instrument like a video game addiction. I'd like to hang with a bunch of cats who could treat a band just as seriously and hungrily as those glory days of school when we'd bust our tails to get to state championship, or those "superior ratings" at a festival. I'm into orchestrating parts, leaving room for improvisation, adding in those kicks and goodies that make an arrangement sparkle, holding onto the groove like a bulldog, nailing a "tutti" section for 16 bars just cause the band has the chops to do it.
That's who I'd like to meet.
That's how I'd like to play.
That's who I'd like to be.
hey B man i put a video of me playing joe satriani's "midnight" on youtube. if you get a chance check it out. you can get to it from the link under my mood on my page. hope all is well.
