About arto järvelä

Heippa, i'm first of all a fiddler but play other stringed instruments like mandolins and nyckelharpa too. I'm doing solo and playing with groups: Ampron Prunni, Bjernulf/Hamre/Jarvela -trio, Erik Hokkanen & Lumisudet, Helsinki Mandoliners, Icefishers, JPP, Nikolai Blad, Nordik Tree, Pinnin Pojat and more. I've been teaching fiddle at Sibelius-Academy's folkmusic department in Helsinki since '88.
