About me:
Remember how craft fairs used to be? Tea and homemade cake, quirky, unique handmade stuff sold by the maker, where there was something for everyone and every budget, where you could buy a gift for someone knowing it was truly orginal and one of a kind - well that's the kind of craft fair we're going to have! So - we have had our first one and it was great - now that the dust has settled and all those other cliches. We're planning for the summer.!!

The Crafty Cafe will also be serving fairtrade teas and coffees, and homemade cake and cookies (selections suitable for vegans).
DJ Lorsten - plays a latin-flavoured blend of lounge and jazz

I don't know what it is about Telegraph Hill - but it's positively seething with creativity - behind closed doors there are people making music and film and poetry, they're making things grow out of the earth and wood and wool and silk, stitching and glueing things together or they're breaking things apart to make new things

So here's a myspace page just because we love making things! It's the ideal place for a fair so QUICK! add yourself to our happy band or see link below

Shot By Both Sides

Dec 15 2008 9:47 PM

Shot By Both Sides returns once more to the warped wonderland of New Cross! Expect a spektakular Christmas soireé at the Amersham Arms on Thursday 18th December.
Degeneracy, bloodlust, Bacchanalian debauchery and free mince pies in abundance...

SECTION FIVE handout, poetry, stories, humanoid beasts, a gritty psych/freakout jazz/fucked-pop/post-punk soundtrack, and some disturbingly delightful live sets from THE LEA SHORES, THE TAMBORINES, AN EXPERIMENT ON A BIRD IN THE AIR PUMP, plus a DJ set from Mr David of HATCHAM SOCIAL.

Buy £3 advance tickets from www. wegottickets. com/event/39852

Click the image to see the Facebook event page!

Hi Louis,
it's an arts and crafts collective, so there is obviously more than one person 'behind' this myspace, and growing by the day. As for updating the page and things like that, its me, Carol, also of telegraph Hill and also known as DJ Nova (see under friends). hope that helps xx
