Hi! I am Chef Tracy Ray. I have ALWAYS had a love for food and cooking it. My passion is in true BBQ. Smoking Beef, Pork and Chicken is something I really love to do. But I also enjoy putting together a lovely evening of high end appetizers, leading to a fine dining experience and topped off by delightful desserts and fine coffee. For 2 or 200.
