A Thanksgiving Prayer
In the spirit of humility we give thanks for all that is.
We thank the great spiritual beings who have shared their wisdom.
We thank our ancestors who brought us to where we are now.
We are grateful for the opportunity to walk this planet,
to breathe the air,
to taste the food,
to experience sensations of a human body/mind,
to share in this wonder that is life.
We are grateful for the natural world that supports us,
for the community of humankind that enables us to do many wondrous things.
We are grateful that we are conscious,
that as intelligent beings we can reflect upon the many gifts we have been given.
be mindful of the joy and bliss your friendship brings to those you love this Thanksgiving Day

God's Dream for You
The most important dream of all is God's dream for you.
It is a sacred plan sealed in your soul that you have the opportunity and the responsibility, through free will, to make come true.
It can become a manifest reality by yielding to God's love, coming into congruency with His will and acting on divine impulse - thus becoming a co-creator in the fulfillment of a God-ordained destiny.
In fulfilling this dream, you become the embodiment of love.
It is not selfishness to fulfill this dream for it does not preclude helping others to fulfill the dream that God has for them. The more we grow in God, the more we live from our soul and the more we give of ourselves to serve the soul of others.
As you make God's dream for you a reality, you will find the peace that abides within and the light of peace will emanate from your soul.
Oh the joy of sweet surrender
The Star of Destiny can seem so far away
But if we open like the petals of a flower in sunlight
We may bask in the glow of its heavenly rays
Let your dream be God's dream for you and may the still small voice within be your inspiration, conscience, teacher and guide.

Shiny NGC 253 Galaxy, is one of the brightest spiral galaxies visible, and also one of the dustiest. Some call it the Silver Dollar Galaxy for its appearance in small telescopes, or just the Sculptor Galaxy for its location within the boundaries of the southern constellation Sculptor. First swept up in 1783 by mathematician and astronomer Caroline Herschel, the dusty island universe lies a mere 10 million light-years away. About 70 thousand light-years across, NGC 253 is the largest member of the Sculptor Group of Galaxies, the nearest to our own Local Group of Galaxies. In addition to its spiral dust lanes, striking tendrils of dust seem to be rising from a galactic disk laced with young star clusters and star forming regions in this processed color image. The high dust content accompanies frantic star formation, giving NGC 253 the designation of a starburst galaxy.
