| About Scene & Heard |
WE NEED BANDS, ACOUSTIC ACTS, POETS, PAINTERS, SCULPTORS, INTERPRETIVE DANCERS and other artistic forms to perform at our events! Contact us or just come hang out and take in some great art!
Our mission is to fill a void in our current culture. A void which the current corporate commercialism is not filling. We want to bring back a scene where people meet in the physical to experience many different art forms. A place where people can go to have a catharsis, network or just plain hang out. We will be holding monthly events at The Corner Pocket in Orange, CT on every first saturday of the month.
The Event will be organized as such, we will have a featured band, a featured acoustic act, and a mixture of poets, painters, sculptors, activist speakers, interpretive dancers, visual artists, performance artists and truly just about anything. The event house bands will be the projects I currently navigate, No Cheez Orchestra and Styrocultural Antidote although we will definitely have fill in house bands
We hope to see you there, and make sure you tell everyone you know to come out and experience something other than a television wasteland
