So after our long hiatus last year, and hours and hours of filming, editing, tracking and mixing, we are pleased to announce the release of our new single and music video, “Metamorphosis”. We’re throwing a huge party, April 25th at thirtyninehotel, and we hope you all can join us in this celebration! We’re fortunate to have an evening jam-packed with music… DJ KittyLee will be spinning the 1-and-2’s all night long, there will be live performances by Stillborn Skies, an amazing up-and-coming band that’s taking the Hawaii music scene by storm, and FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY a reunion show by EXPLORE, the best indie-rock band to ever come out of Hawaii! And finally, Satellite Grey will close the live performances part of the program immediately after the viewing of the video, “Metamorphosis”! There will be TONS of merchandise and we hope you all bring some extra cash to help support the live local music scene!!! Merchandise from Explore, Stillborn Skies, and Satellite Grey will be available for purchase. Satellite Grey will also be selling a limited supply of “Metamorphosis” the DVD, which includes the video, behind the scene footage, bloopers and a cool slideshow, and the CD which includes the single and a bonus acoustic track of their new song, “Mayday…we’re going down”! We can’t believe this is finally happening and we owe a big MAHALO to Shelby of Sweeping Petals Production for all her time, dedication and hard work, for without her, our vision would have never come to life!
