Asgard were born in the April 2004 in Ferrara by the meeting between Mace(20, voice) and the brothers Ably (19,guitar) and Dave (22, guitar). The band was completed by Reno (18, bass) and Luca Marchini (drums). Asgard played a lot of concerts in Emilia and recorded the demo "The return of the king" with the producer Paolo Martorana. This demo contains two covers: Hail and Kill (Manowar) and The trooper (Iron Maiden), and the two our songs "The return of the King" and "Guardians of the holy gates". In september 2005 Luca was substituted by Giacomo Bazzani. With him the band founded a perfect armony and played in several concerts, contests and public manifestation in all north-Italy.
In January 2006 the band records another demo with the producer Federico Viola. This demo contains four unedited songs "Fury of the night", "Keep the flame alive", "Disciples" and "Guardians of the holy gates". In december 2006 Giacomo left the band. With him Asgard also recorded the Live “Asgard Invasion” where there was the new songs "Ride for vengeance", "My name is forever", "Last breath" and "Asgard Invasion".
Now the band, with the new comer Rudy at the drums, is lookin' for a label for the recording of a debut album. The tunes reflect the heavy, power and thrash influences of the band and still having great reactions from the audiences.
In December 2007 comes "With your shield or on it",epic Asgard song and in May 2008 two new sons of violence take life.
"Asgard Invasion" and "Army of Darkness" are the new comers from Asgard industries!

Ed il sabato dopo (sabato 25 Luglio), sempre all'Ippodromo Le Mulina delle Cascine é il momento del ritorno dei grandissimi Story of Jade che presenteranno nuovi pezzi e nuovo repertorio e con una scenografia horror come sempre suggestiva ed affascinante.

Ciao ritornati dal Gods of Metal dove abbiamo lasciato ben 4000 copie della nuova compilation "Invasione Totale Vol.3" andiamo avanti con la nostra stagione estiva. Il prossimo sabato 4 luglio 2009 nell'incantevole zona della cascine di Firenze, precisamente all'Ippodromo Le Mulina, suoneranno i rinnovati Dragonia, che da ormai un po' di tempo si sono presentati con una nuova veste e nuova strumentazione (mic ad archetto, chitarra 8 corde e keytar solo per dirne alcune) interpretando uno show molto avvincente.
Inoltre ti vogliamo segnalare anche un altro grande evento del nostro caro amico Trevor dei Sadist: Metal Valley che si terrà sabato 11 luglio all'Area Expo di Genova con un bill notevole: Entombed, Rotting Christ, Necrodeath, Dark Lunacy, Coram Lethe, Ritual Rebirth, Bad Bones, Kadavar. Vietato Mancare!!!
