Ever since I was just a little girl, I have LOVED to sing and play music. Music is from God, and I want to give back my musical gifts to Him. He baffles my mind, and I want to sing to Him forever and ever. He is AWEsome. Just listen to any music that is uplifting and positive and think about how he created us to make it. I sang in my church and in various communities growing up whether in a musical, church, or event.
I broadened my musical experience at the good ol' Hayes School of Music at Appalachian State University in the beautiful town of Boone, NC with a bachelor's degree in Music Education. I grew to love singing classical, opera, and art song. I've always loved performing! Now, I am a music teacher at an elementary school, and I'm also a private voice teacher. However, I will be going back to ASU to pursue my Master's in Vocal Performance.
I believe God has given me this gift to share with others, and that's what I plan on doing for the rest of my life. I sing because I love God, I love you, and I love music. I hope my music refreshes your soul!
