    ASH THE SKY was created by Michael J Felder (guitar/vocals) at the end of 2011 - had a vision and some really strong material and decided to begin the recording process. Michael then decided to give a friend a call to handle bass duties for the live band his name is Chris Morgan ex-Benedictum keyboardist. Chris wanted to play harder music as Benedictum is more power metal based. Ash The Sky is on over 30 different hard music internet radio stations getting normal rotation play as well, and some really good reviews from the enzines and webzines. the band plans to execute some live shows soon. The full length album is about done - there are a few things to finish and its looking to be a really good debut - some of the reviews have tossed some really big names in along side Ash The Sky - like Lamb of God, In Flames, Skeleton Witch, Children of Bodom - so by hearing these names you know that Ash The Sky's music is a blend of melody mixed with furious thrash and really heavy drums - with a slight touch of death metal - Ash The Sky will be touring as much as possible upon the release of their debut album. you can hear ASH THE SKY AND READ REVIEWS @www.reverbnation.com/ashthesky ----------------------------------------------------------------- "I had the opportunity to check out a demo by the metal band "Ash the Sky". The first track "Let Freedom Ring" is a melodic thrash attack with a modern touch - imagine something like LAMB OF GOD but with much more melody.
