Her work changes with prevailing moods and cultural shifts that she has experienced over the years.Asli’s musical journey began when she was little, beginning her study of flute and choir in elementary school. Her other passions were bale and gymnastics. As a child known as “song bird” but she was too shy to sing in the classroom.Her story is loaded with strong emotions that like a compass draw from her homeland heritage and express a live metaphoric dynamic, projected on to the canvas of life.A Turkish singer-song writer, dancer and a fashion designer.“I think it is extraordinarly exciting hearing the words singing”.It is like falling into a sleep in different beds every night, placing a pair of keys under your pillow where all our individual hopes and dreams are made. Imagination,fantasies,and power of love.

“My shows are my visions attempts to overthrow voice of feelings,visuals and movements»Asli has performed at venues such as Notting hill Arts Club, Ministry of Sound,Darbuka,Turk Fest and more.Her song sevgilim featured around the world on compilation remixed by Dj ZAD.Sounds in us associated with our personal experience, those rhythms constantly play in us and reminds us memories. Asli is in a collaboration with Tansay Omer on this experimental music project. Record label Natural Rhythm Recordings.

Asli has graduated from University of The Arts-London in 2003.She developed a highly personal style that is innovative both its technique and aesthetic into a fashion design while she worked for world’s most leading designers like Vivienne Westwood, Shelly Fox and more. She enjoys making and wearing unique costumes for her own stage performances as well as dressing many other artists. The whole thing both music and fashion have been Asli’s lifetime project.
