About A Slow Rip

Formed in 2004 with the intent to simply experiment, the results were so satisfying to us that we cut, collaged and mixed and 'released' the album to an unsuspecting world. Meeting intermittently since that time, we have continued the same process - play and enjoy ourselves; listen to the results and cull as appropriate; advise Rob on what we'd like but let him work over the pieces in his own time; review and 'release'. In 2007 we met up with the delightful people from Endgame (including a blast from the post-punk past) and they surprised us by wanting to put out an actual CD.

I've been getting around London and finding more review opportunities for yours too...my feet are really sore! see you soon T PS do you know Nos Phillipe? they are drone-like and in the same paddock as ASR but they use turntables etc (through FX)as well as guitars and keys I think - look for them on here xx
