Formed in 2003 out of frustration with the present music scene, Asphalt Valentine are five guys with one common goal - to play sleazy, ballsy, no frills, white-knuckled Rock and Roll in an era that is overrun with corporate induced blandness. With the bands line up solidified in the summer of 2004 and the machine set into motion, the band is poised to shake the foundations, as well as the rafters, of the cookie-cutter corporate so called Rock and Roll. Some of you may recognize the music and the faces already. Asphalt Valentine are formerly Backseat Superstars. To those who say Hard Rock is living in the past and long past it's prime, here is a middle finger flip... Asphalt Valentine say "there's no time like the f*****g present!!!"
