"Asset-based thinking calls for small shifts in the way we absorb, perceive, filter, and interpret. It changes the way we see everything leading to dramatic improvements in the way we live. Asset-based thinking zeros in on what's working rather than what's not and favors inspiration and aspiration over desperation...and it's infectious."
-CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEE EVERYTHING by Dr. Kathryn Cramer & Hank Wasiak

After reading a short passage in the book regarding adrenaline, I started to think about how my years of being an adrenaline junkie were affecting my life. I came to the conclusion that being an adrenaline junkie promotes DBT, while also having a negative impact on cardiovascular health. Read my blog titled "Confessions of an Adrenaline Junkie".
This book truly brought positive and new insight into my life. As a person who often veers towards a path of perfection the wisdom of this book reminded me that trying to do everything flawlessly is not the key to success.
