Associate...
A long time ago in the land of Glenrothes, Fife. Two lads called Ross and Ryan went up to a lad named Greg. They asked if Greg would play guitar along side their drums and guitar, in a cover of the Thin Lizzy classic "The Boys Are Back In Town". This was simply for an Auchmuty High School Talent Show. Greg was more than happy to help. Things began to glue together and Ross tested his vocals against the fine music. It was no good at all. The lads now needed a bass player. The found this in Bill Anderson, Bill pumped out the jams and it now sounded even better. The boys played in front of a full capacity Auchmuty Assembly hall and claimed victory. 1st place and a £5 MVC money off ticket each. The Boys were in their element. HA! Shocking news came when Bill returned to his band Sergeant and saw they were going places. We said our good byes and wished him all the best. We were now void of a bass player. We roamed the school halls until we found a tall lanky one known as Liam Fisher. We had a few get togethers and things weren’t working out. We parted ways and were back where we started. The winter was cold and food scares until we came across young Shaun Kellock. He was already in a band called exile with Ross' brother but they knew we had to have him. With little temptation Shaun joined in the fun and games. This was after Greg told his rather large friend Andrew to threaten him into the fun and games, never the less he began to play away. The weeks dragged on and one day the boys music teacher asked if we would play in Battle of the Bands, once again they were happy to help and now needed a singer. Ross was good but he was no Luther Vandrous (if u know what I mean). They posted auditions in the school notices. to no surprise no one showed. until Greg saw a lad named Gav Pat in the school halls… and Ross, Ryan, Greg, Shaun and Gav. Formed crime fighting, rock music playing super force called ASSOCIATE.
As that drunk guy in Glasgow said after Bar Gallus Gig..." You guys were pretty f**king gid, kane what I mean n that" the review speaks for its self. Also What’s up with Frank?
