Formed in 2001, Assrockers have quickly become one of Washington’s most exciting and talked-about acts with their unique sound and their over-the-top live shows. Fusing ’70s arena rock with 80’s glam, garage punk, and British heavy metal, Assrockers have given birth to their own sub-genre of rock’n’roll--"Assrock"--offering listeners a generous helping of fist-pumping powerchords, booming bass lines, searing guitar solos and colossal drum fills. After touring relentlessly and playing to packed houses, Assrockers have earned the reputation of a "kick-ass" live rock’n’roll band.

Snuggle	Jul 1 2008 3:52 PM We cant believe we've lasted as long as we have, its kind of amazing. We're actually one of the older bands in DC. It seems like nobody besides you guys are still around from our early days. Really glad to be playing another show with you guys, you always bring the best out of us. We've become way too used to playing with bands that suck. Its been lonely at the top!!
