As The Sky Burns is a metalcore band from Milan, Indiana that is based on the simple idea of writing music that they love and having fun yet doing it in a professional manner. It is hard to narrow down their sound to anything other than just saying that it's metalcore. So many genres and bands all help them create their sound and helps them stand out from being a typical run of the mill metalcore band that so many people claim the scene to have. Influences range from anything like Jazz to Hardcore, Hip-Hop to Pop-punk, the sky is the limit to the creativity from the meshing together of those genres to create their sound. Their high energy live show will have you doing everything from throwing down in the mosh pit, to clapping wildly, and jumping around to singing/screaming a long to the lyrics. Being formed in the summer of 2007 As The Sky Burn's has taken many steps forward in their short span, but continue to grow not only as a band but pushing forward their sound, and their hard work, determination, and dedication will be landing them into your hometown and into your head for some time to come.
