As the Sky Darkens is an upcoming metal band from the small town of Parker, Colorado. With their melodic yet heavy guitars, hard hitting drums, and cutting edge vocals, they aim to produce a unique and powerful sound filled with passion and ambition.Formed in July 2009 with the lineup of Jon Vela on vocals, Trever Mock on guitar, Jared Rozeboom on guitar, Brandyn Rupp on bass, and Schuyler King on drums; As the Sky Darkens has been producing a solid live show while keeping the lineup original. Through the good times and bad, these five musicians have worked hard and have overcome many obstacles. Together they strive to pursue their passions in the music industry and take on any challenge that may lie ahead.
