Astrid is an incredibly talented singing artist with a style that ranges from Big Band, Swing and soulful R & B to her favorite Music..... head banging Rock and Roll. She is one of those truly gifted artists that make it look easy..... She can rip a Rocker and sing a sweet Ballad and bring a tear to your eye, her voice is reminiscent of legendary singers like Annie Wilson (of Heart) and Pat Benetar.
Astrid's experience and range have led her to perform voice overs and vocalizations for major TV and radio commercials such as Chrysler Motors.
In addition to her vocal and songwriting talents, Astrid also freelances as an actress. Not only can you hear her sing on the title track for the Motion Picture "Primal Rage", you will also see her perform in the movie. Other Motion Pictures and television appearances include a role in the movie "Death Match", Oliver Stone's "Any Given Sunday", as well as several appearances on "Miami Vice". Astrid has also received video writing credits for Donna Allen's Music Video "Serious".
