ASTRO are based in the most isolated city in the world, Perth Western Australia.
Distance is not their enemy but yet another reason to write songs that will connect with people. ASTRO has a modern pop/rock sound that embraces catchy tunes about complex and simple things.

Their Debut album recorded in late 2009 will be released in early 2010.
This release will be the result of a life long dream/inner belief and persistence.
12 songs written and recorded in the Southern Hemisphere then mastered in the Northern Hemisphere by the well respected John Cornfield.
The prelude to their Debut Album will be the release of their E.P “Head First”.
The main aim of the E.P is to showcase songs from the forth-coming album.
It will also feature their award winning international song competition tune.
And yeah, still can't believe i haven't seen you lot live yet, was going to go to that gig at Double Lucky a few weeks back after i got the email but i had something else on that night.
That being said, looking at your gig calender, i will endeavour to try and catch the 25th or the Nov 1st gig.
