Bobbi's Interests

General	Pre-Arthur I did all kinds of things: quilted, sewed, crocheted, baked, genealogy, traveled, drew comic books, painted, learned languages, read books, studied mythology, and conducted RPGs (yes, I'm a nerd). Now, my daily interests revolve around how long Arthur naps.

Heroes	It's Nightcrawler and Batman all the way, baby. I fell in love with Nightcrawler when I was in high school and collected X-Men comics. Mostly because teleportation is a freaking awesome power, but also because he's German (and I am a SUCKER for accents). Batman because he's super without having superpowers. He's incredible in his own right.

Shannon	Jan 5 2009 3:54 AM Arthur's first cold winter! I bet you're staying warm indoors:) I've been having my own winter adventures - I got my car stuck in a HUGE pot hole today and after 3 large guys spent 1/2 hour trying to push me out, I had to call a tow truck whose driver was crazy! and we almost hit oncoming traffic during the tow. It's not 62 below here, but the winter is posing a few challenges :)

Cynicka	Sep 11 2008 6:06 AM Hey! I doubt we'll be there on Saturday, but thanks for the invite. Brian leaves on the 23rd so we're on "family time" over load! As much time as we can spend together we do. Also, Bricyn usually gets up around 9:30 or so...I don't like waking him up earlier if I don't absolutely have to. Little guy does not take naps during the day very well, so i let him sleep in as late as possible. He turns 5 months tomorrow!! Holy cow! I can't believe it! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE being a mom. I feel so lucky to have him. I wish he'd stay this age forever! He's like me, very social! And quite the talker! He just amazes me, daily! How are things going with you? Still having sleep issues? I know when I saw the dr last she told me that at around this age sleep patterns can be disrupted because when they learn something new they practice it in their mind while they sleep and it can often wake them. Well, Ive not had that problem yet, but it's because Bricyn sleeps with us so once he's out, he's out. He loves sleeping with us. And while at 2 I may be dealing with getting the toddler into his big boy bed, but I'm not gonna stress that now. I'm sure there will be plenty of things in the future that I'll have to "deal with" so for now, I just go with what works, what's easy, and take it one day at a time!
