My name is Mike. I'm a Catholic from Eastern Kentucky (near Hazard). I had grown up a fundamentalist Baptist, attending Calvary Baptist Church in Belleville, Illinois (where I am originally from), but I converted to Catholicism in 1997. However, I still retain a very high respect for those at my former church for so many things, among which include leading me to Christ as well as teaching me so much about Scripture.
