About me:
Athletes Kickin' Cancer is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing annual college scholarships for high school athletes. These athletes have either fought the battle with cancer or have a parent or guardian who has fought the battle. Our organization also honors special athletes with inspiring life stories, as well as providing pertinent information and links of interest. Please see our founder and president, Patricia Lee's story below.

"As a young girl, at the age of two, by the Grace of God, I won the battle against Neuroblastoma. At the age of 37, doctors removed a cancerous tumor from my uterus and luckily, no treatments were needed. On Jan. 27th, 2005, I was diagnosed with Stage IIIC Breast Cancer and of course, that did involve several weeks of treatment. It has been a long, hard road, but as of today I am cancer-free. Some say I am living on borrowed time, but I say I am living on God's time."

Okay the girls are dead set on going on the Fab Four cruise and they have researched what they can and can do to make money. They have started their own business, the link is above, if you are interested request them as a friend and check out their little store they have created. They have been busy all weekend making shirts and bags that have already been ordered from family and friends. I am not asking for a hand out they really want to earn there way to this cruise.
