It's been a long time since we've prominently featured the ladies of Ranger Up. Grace is the quintessential RU girl, but we're looking to expand our team. During the next three weeks, we're searching for the next Ranger Up girl(s).

Unlike our first time around, we've got some serious gold at the end of the rainbow (how about that for a Patty's Day reference!). Winners will not only see cash, but the opportunity to model at UWC events in DC, as well as a potential opportunity to model for Fight Magazine. And as always, your services will be greatly appreciated by the Ranger Up guys for our photo shoots.

When: We are accepting submissions from now until 3 April 2009.

How it works:
Please send your three favorite pictures. At least one should be full-body and they should be current.
Please send a short paragraph about why you want to be the next Ranger Up Girl
Let us know which service you’d like to be affiliated with (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or You Pick). At the end of this, there will be a Miss Ranger Up for each service and an overall winner. If you choose You Pick, we’ll pick.

Hey guys. We got alot of great feedback from the Caveman Workout API ran on Wed for the unit.

hELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO! I'm running for Miss Woodbury so I've had to be in a bunch of parades and stuff. I was going to come on Saturday but I had a parade I had to be in at 11am so it didn't give me enough time. I'll be back soon, coronation is next week
