I've wanted to be an entertainer since I saw Menuedo on Television. I started my journey as a writer when I heard Whodini's song Friends and I began performing at the young age of 14. My father was a singer in the Bay Area. He was a part of a great group named the Mellow Tones and my mother was a dancer.

I grew up on great Soul, R&B, watching my mother dance, hearing my father sing, The Last Poets, Jazz, etc... My parents used music to clean, to read, to relax, to dance, to party, to live..., so I ingested a great deal of rythme. I now create and dance to rythmes as much as I can, for it is my life and outlet to the world.

I sing, dance, write lyrics for songs and raps, spoken word pieces and poems. I love expression in its many forms and I try to make myself familiar with the forms I know and new ones when they present themselves to me, that's of course if I see the beauty in it.

I am a member of Bekkas Frogland Orchestra as a back-up singer and special guest spoken word artist and writer(www.BekkasFroglandOrchestra.com), a special guest singer for IZUM later renamed Shotwell (www.Shotwell25.com), a writer and a performer in the rap group 5N'DIME (www.Myspace.com/5NDimeFan), a solo artist with three of my own project albums...of course all with the help of The Tunemaster Mr. David Jones and a few others.... 1) "In Pursuit of Happiness..."(my debut) 2) "Life IN Time" (spoken word) 3) "nATURAl ElementZ" (my newest project). I've also gathered a group of great musicians to now play my tunes live and breath life into the mundane and consistent loops of hip hop beats. The beats are great that D-Jones, my friend and producer made, I, just as he, get bored fast with rythmes and look for new ways to express them, so they are always growing as we do. The band is now named BOMANI

I also organize a community of creative people called A Thousand WordZ. The bigger picture of networking and expression is the idea. Crosspolinating genres of music and communities of artist is the goal and the mission is to unite people under themes and raise awarness of community ills and raise money to provide help to organizations that focus on solutions to the ills.
