Influences
We are influenced by the meeting of minds, the salon, the happening, the ritual feast, the fir where stories are passed on. We are influenced by thoughts dreams that don't die and all interactions, whether those with ourselves or others, the present past or future and whatever perception our experience colors.
The Atlantis Bootique began as the brainchild of Josh and Pete in 1986 to serve as the vehicle for their various conceptual ventures. The physical space at that time encompassed Pete's room, occasionally spilling over into the guest bedroom. This was the retail space for all of their creations- posters, books, tapes, toys, games, clothing, etc., as well as being a cafe with performance space for any number of musical incarnations of Josh and Pete (be it The Psychos or some other experimental combo). There were also art shows planned, and film screenings, really whatever the two were into at the time. This conceptual boutique lay dormant for two decades, until now. I proudly present the reopening of the mind to this interactive haven for the endangered imagination, come rediscover the Atlantis Bootique.
I envision this to be a haven, meeting and sharing space for those who value expression, imagination, collaboration, and new perspectives of reality. Feel free to contact me with ideas and insights into how to make this page more interactive and cooperative.

The Clan of Varoose lived by a small lake on the west side of the valley, and the Clan of Hargan lived in a grove of fruit trees on the east side.
