Michael	Apr 8 2008 9:09 AM Hey Rob i was very impressed with the art gallery and the spaces available for rent, in fact i need to talk to you about renting out a space fairly quickly. Situation with my roommate is unraveling pretty quickly and i want to get my art in a safe place before something bad happens to it. I may stop by the place sometime this week and talk to you about it. Within a month's time i'm looking to set up shop there. We will talk in detail later.
