About me: The Atlanta Songwriters Showcase Series is a regular performance event for all types of music, held each Saturday night from 8:00pm - 12 midnight at Kavarna in the historic Oakhurst area of Decatur, Georgia. Sets start at 8, 9, 10 and 11 p.m., and last 45 minutes. We provide the sound system, mics, stands, etc., and run sound. Pay consists of a $25 food/drink tab for each act. You may put out a tip jar, and also sell merchandise, if you like.
