This isn’t about selling you the next well-marketed
rock n’ roll revolution. This isn’t about telling
you how this band will start some fake new
era in modern music.
This is just about 3 music-obsessed persons
trying to make things on their own. Atomic
Garden aren’t running after the next trend. They’re
just making music with dedication and sincerity.
They grew up with their older british godfathers,
from Mega City Four to Therapy ?, their american cousins,
Samiam and Foo Fighters, with a little help from his
french older brothers, like Burning Heads. Atomic Garden
has taken time to grow mature since its birth in 2000.
First by playing live anywhere they can : around 100 shows
from bars to clubs to bigger venues in France, United Kingdom,
Germany, Spain and soon USA. They played with
confirmed bands including The Gaslight Anthem (USA), Statistics (Jade Tree/USA),
Ipanema (ex-MC4,BossTuneage,UK), G.A.S. Drummers
(Bcore/Spain)…They’ve also released 2 albums and several
splits, including their last one with Ipanema, with a
worldwide distribution.
They are also deeply involved in the independant music scene,
running 2 indie labels, a fanzine, other musical projects and
setting up gigs for foreign bands in their hometown.
Atomic Garden isn’t about posing and pretending, they only
want to share their view on melodic high-energy guitar-driven
indie rock.
The band has just released its third full length "Little stories about potential events" with Chris Sheldon and will tour everywhere in the world to promote it.

Avant toute chose, on ne vous vendra pas ici une pseudo révolution du rock n' roll, un groupe qui tentera de démontrer à quel point il révolutionne la musique à coup de fausse bonne idée ou de revival opportuniste..
Non, Atomic Garden, c'est juste 3 personnes passionnées par la musique, qui font les choses à leur manière, sans chercher à coller à une quelconque tendance, juste avec passion et volonté. Elevé par ses grands frères du Royaume Uni, de Mega City Four à Therapy ?, et ses cousins américains, Alice in Chains, Samiam ou Foo Fighters, Atomic Garden a pris le temps de mûrir depuis sa formation en 2000.
En enchaînant les concerts tout d'abord, plus d'une centaine sur toutes les scènes possibles en France, mais aussi en Allemagne, en Grande Bretagne, en Espagne et bientôt aux Etats-Unis (Juillet 2009) avec des groupes reconnus comme The Gaslight Anthem (USA), Burning Heads, Ipanema (ex-MC4, UK), Dead Pop Club, AqME, G.A.S. Drummers (Esp) ...
Mais aussi au travers d'une multitude de disques sur des formats variés, et notamment son dernier album, Little stories about potential events. Cet album a demandé près d'un an de travail au groupe, qui a soigné les détails dans tous les domaines, travaillant d'arrache pied et avec les meilleurs, comme Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Therapy ?) pour le mixage, Alan Douches (Sepultura, Against Me!) au mastering et Ken Taylor (Nine inch Nails, QOTSA, Pearl jam) pour le visuel.
Plusieurs labels s'investissent dans le disque : Rock's my ass records, Slow Death et Ritornello. Celui-ci est distribué nationalement par Anticraft dès Mars 2009.
Atomic Garden ne vient pas prendre la pose et prétendre quoi que ce soit, il continue à défendre la cause d'un rock à guitares nerveux, sensible et mélodique, partout où il le peut et dès qu'il le peut !
