Hemoptysis needs a name for the beast pictured in our CD artwork and our new band symbol so we are having a contest! Send us an e-mail at contest@hemoptysismetal.com with your name and tell us what you think we should name the beast. The winner of the contest will be chosen by the band and the winner will receive a copy of our CD, "Who Needs a Shepherd?," a Hemoptysis T-shirt, Hemoptysis poster and a Hemoptysis sticker.
Information on the beast: The beast is derived from our song and album title, "Who Needs a Shepherd?"
The beast character was designed to be a cross between nature's king of beasts (a lion) and Satan (the spiritual king of beasts in Christian belief according to the priest at the beginning of the song).
