The Kings spread their gospel from good old Fort Smith, Arkansas. Donovan Coffey comes from Somewhere in California, we really don't know where. He's tattooed and greasy but at least he smells good. His favorite passtimes include losing money at poker to Miguel and Greg, seducing women with his Barry White voice, and dropping drumsticks at a world record pace. Mikey Valdez comes from the land of Michael Jordan. His hobbies include destroying every guitar he comes in contact with for no apparent reason, dating cool blonde chicks, and working out his fore arms.........at the gym. (your name here) is the new bass player. He/she comes from (your city, your state). He/she enjoys (your hobbies here). Together, they make the Atomic Kings, the most normal band in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

MojoKings play The Boundary in Norwich Saturday 20th December.
Lead by original Shakeout guitar man, Paul Scoulding, this will be the debut of the MojoKings in Norwich. Along with his 2 brothers, Marty and Rich Scoulding, Paul and co made Shakeout a real force to be reckoned with on the 90's psycho/neo scene...
"Now back with his new band, Mojokings have become one of the most popular bands on the rockabilly scene. They blend rockabilly/garage/trash/punk perfectly together to create a sound entirely their own, and what is now being copied by other bands on the citcuit.
MojoKings debut album, 'Got The Devil In Me', has sold in large numbers all over the world and even earned the band a 2008 Indy Awards nomination! Not band for a bunch of rockabilly's eh??"

REVIEW FROM RAUCOUS RECORDS, JULY 2008- Hard hitting Rockabilly with a healthy dose of Blues Bop. MojoKings debut album boasts plenty of potential dance-floor fillers, lots of great original material, and some outstanding guitar work which lifts the band head and shoulders above the standard Blues-A-Billy Bop.
REVIEW FROM FRENCH MAGAZINE "KUSTOM GARAGE", JULY2008-I got the devil in me . So what ? I also got the devil in me , the brunette on the cover probably got the devil in her. So What ? So...the devil gave them the fuckin power to storm every bar they play in . 13 tracks to make you joining the cause. This CD it's the foot (it's a french expression to mean it's the dog's bollox!) , it's the foot like the pretty one of the pin up in a fishnet stockins on the back cover!!-Mr Ducktail
REVIEW FROM REALLY ROCKABILLY.COM--The Mojo Kings are a renowned rockin' three piece band from East of England, the guys play Bluesy rockin' music and they definitely spread that Mojo charm to their listeners. Lucky 13 sleazy tracks, the majority of which where written by the guitar player/ vocalist Paul Scoulding. At the same time the band does not forget 'the roots' and play Jimmy Reed's 1956 track 'Ain't That Loving You Baby'. A hoarse vocal and trashy rockabilly guitar create the perfect union for the successful sound of this album. The tone, is consistent throughout the whole of album, the up-tempo songs really do pull it off. Individually the self penned songs are 100% dance-floor fillers, boasts impressive guitar work. My immediate favorites are superb instrumental 'The Missing Link' and blasting Rock'n'Roller 'Wildman'.
