In Ancient times, the Aton was worshiped in certain parts of Egypt. Aton represented the inter-working magic and unity off all the Gods. This mindfulness of our ancestors has been passed down through art, words and most importantly through our very DNA. Our physical makeup holds within it all the wisdom required to transcend. This is the wisdom that we, as a band of musicians and music lovers, are tapping into with our combined musical experience. Come and be a part of this band. The people of Earth have forgotten that together, we make up an organism. Together, we compose a living being called Mother Earth. And she is part of an even larger being. Once we accept our PEACE of the cosmic composition, we will never stand alone. The sun disk that represented Aton was said to hold within it every deity ever worshiped in Egypt. This is to say that he Aton includes all the information and all the wisdom of the universe. We interpret this as an idea of unity. We as musicians, and as earthlings, are tapping into this unity. We will do our part to break away the separation that has thus far surrounded and defined the human race. We will break away cultural separation, religious separation, intellectual separation and even gender based separation. Sun Ra called his music the fuel for a spaceship...he was right! To unify, we must uplift one another and ascend. The meditation of music brings us to levels of vibrations beyond that of planet Earth. The music that we create is a countdown to lift-off! We call our spaceship Aton, and all are welcome aboard. With our ship we will break the chains and bounds of time and space. On our journey we will become immortal. We are the Rising Sun. We are new light. We are consciousness rooted in the wisdom of our ancestors. WE WILL UNIFY!
