Hey Aaron. I'm not sure when you'll see this but I just wanted to say what a delight and joy it is seeing you perform. I've told you this time and time again but the music you make/have made has helped me and continues to help me through some hectic times. I came back from your show tonight and have been dealing with an emotional mess of a situation since I got home, and during the entire time this has been going on, the lyrics to "Last Night Sucked" just keep running through my head. You playing it earlier tonight is kind of eerily ironic in that sense, as that song describes perfectly what I'm in the midst of right now.
That said, if you see this, I would love if possible for you to play that song again at the Philly show on Thursday. Even though I heard it this evening, its now so fitting as to what I'm dealing with. Somehow in my screwed up head, I think hearing it again live might make me feel a ton better (granted I've been blasting the De La Hoya version a ton tonight). Also, hate to ask for another request but Time's Tollbooth would be fitting too, again, since the show is the evening before my birthday. Thanks again for the music and being a rad friend.
