About ATWOOD

Atwood was the lead singer / guitarist / songwriter for '90s Powerpop sensation Big Amp Envy (1996-2002). After a three-year hiatus, BAE reunited at the Rick Crawford Tribute (Crawford was the Slycee Jenkins' frontman who passed away just before the gig) at Johnny Mac's in Attleboro, MA for a four-song set with its original members Tom Stearns (Accordion), Mike Levis (drums), and Steve McKenzie (bass). Separated by miles, the band hopes to get back together at some point and continue its successful performances at venues like T.T. the Bears in Cambridge and Johnny Macs in Attleboro. In the meantime, Atwood and Stearns hope to scale down the performance with an acoustic set that will help them keep their chops up.
