I have so many influences... however....
I was inspired to write by the deep and colorful lyrics of John Bell (Widespread Panic). I'm lately inspired by the following:
Ryan Adams, Amos Lee, Coldplay, Dave Matthews.
It's vague but so am I.

Born in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Migrated with my tribe to Greenville, Mississippi at age 1. Been here ever since minus a few years living in Oxford, Mississippi and Greenwood, Mississippi. I love writing songs.. If I had nothing to do but write songs I would write 5 songs a day! My dream career is to break into the movie soundtrack industry. I don't like the idea of settling on a style of music. I would love to go on the road but that's not going to happen unless I know I can make some money doing so.. Not that I need much but.. "brotha gotta eat." Yeah I'm a foodie too.
I've been playing professionally since age 14 but got a late start on writing.. I was 21 when I wrote my first song.. I've only released 2 albums so far due to many many MANY obstacles but hey.. its just a thing. I've won some competitions and have been on television several times. I work as a Captain on the Greenville Fire Department where I have worked for the past 5 1/2 years. I play music every weekend sometimes with a band sometimes by myself.
There's no one I can't get along with but I'm a little less patient with people than I used to be. I still love all of you anyway! Even if you annoy the sh*t out of me sometimes. Ha ha!
