I like daisies and sour candy. I have a crazy obsession with Death Cab for Cutie. But above all things, music has a voice louder to me than James Brown himself! Occasionally you’ll find me chilling with fake old-man glasses, or putting together random playlists on my iTunes. But for the most part, I’ll be hanging out in a small corner of my bedroom, writing and recording music. .. In the summer of 2009, I was given the opportunity to work with two amazing producers, K.C. Porter and J.B. Eckl at World Beat Studios in California whose work has earned several Grammys. I packed my bags and set on an adventure to record my very own EP. The experience completely changed my life. Over the last few years, I have grown completely in love with what I do. I feel a connection to music that is irreplaceable and am so blessed for the opportunity to work with and to know such amazing and talented people. .. My name’s Aubrey and I’m a sixteen year old singer/songwriter from West Hartford, Connecticut, now living in Los Angeles, California.
I’m really just an average teenager who goes to high school, hangs out with her friends, watches movies . . . you know, the usual. I’m introverted, yet crazy. I’m emotional, yet laid back.
