About me:

I am a 30 year old female from Hayes, Louisiana who is running one of the best Cajun restaurants in the area! I am married to a wonderful man even though he is from Texas! Aucoin's was formerly Harris' Seafood and has been family owned and operated for over 20 years. If you've been before, you will not recognize the place. We've fixed up the place and have given it a warm welcoming feeling. My goal is to make the restaurant what it use to be which is what made it famous!!! We have live cajun music every Friday and Saturday night and the best down home feeling to go with it. Our menu has a little bit of everything! We offer seafood such as stuffed broiled catfish, a great seafood platter, ribeye riche which is a ribeye covered with shrimp creole, homestyle seafood gumbo with my mother's special potato salad, poy boys, salads, and much much more!
