| About Audiocratic Zine |
Audiocratic.com is an online webzine that aims to provide the very best new music from around the globe, be it major label to unsigned bands that play house gigs, we want to broadcast it to the world. We'll be reviewing all new albums, singles and also live reviews from all the gigs we get to.
The zine will also feature a new band section where we attempt to shed some light on the best new bands around, as well as also a tribute to the music and bands that brought alternative music onto what it is today. We aim to keep you up to date on all the latest band news and tours, so you can catch the newest bands live before your mates.
Audiocratic as a word is suppose to mean a sense of being about a person, someone who lives for their music. You could also take it on board over the political issues that bands sing about, forming from the words democratic (to discuss, vote etc) and autocratic (to be told what to do, fascist etc), audiocratic fills in the gap for music lovers in general. We want to make audiocratic an official dictionary word, in dedication to real music lovers worldwide, so soon we shall have a campaign towards it.
